Locations of public services, and public transport changes shows the downtown index.
Proportion of housing estates, townhouse or block of flats and family houses shows the residential types of surrounding areas of resataurant’s location.
Drive time zones by distance (meters) or time (minutes) show the catchment area of the location.
If we know these informations we can calculate the quantity and the quality of potential customers, and the purchasing power.
